Why can't you guys activate your own sim cards in-store?? Telus sux
Telus so far seems to be way better than Virgin who used to be pretty good. Also I get a discount for being disabled which is a bonus!
Best cellphone customer service I have gotten in my life both times I visited. They were quick at resolving issues without ever rushing customers, actually knowledgeable about what they do, and were willing to accommodate an irregular request. I don't give out many 5 reviews.
Had a appointment set today with Tony, He met us at the front door on time. Tony was very friendly and professional. We were not rushed and he took his time to make sure we understood the new phone before we left the store. Great service, I recommend Tony if you want excellent service.
The customer service today a girl was amazing! We finally have internet at Home and phone!
