Really poor communication. Called and Texted multiple times with no answer starting a week before my scheduled appointment. Finally received a text the day before our appointment and was told to text the owner as the person I was dealing with was on his day off. I did just that to yet again receive no response. If they didnt want to follow through with the appointment all they had to do was say that. They also told me that with potential for rain that day, their wax could not be used which I agreed was fine as we didnt need the wax anyways and just wanted a wash. Being that we were coming from BC to Edmonton I would've preferred to have time to make other arrangements rather than being given the run around.Service: Full body wash

I had my car detailed by them in 2021 as well as this year and I am still very impressed with their attention to detail and their professionalism. As the detail technician was walking me through what all he and his partner had done, they saw that they had missed a spot and immediately went back and fixed the problem. They did an awesome job! With two kids under 5 I had a big suv that needed to be cleaned. They spend a reasonable time and the work was wonderful. No needed improvement. They did exterior and interior and all was perfectly clean. The money was also really worth it! I loved how they came in less than 24hrs notice and to your home. You dont need to do anything. Best service. Really well behaved employees. Will be calling you the next time forsure!!
