We were travelling from PEI to home Ontario and had experienced our engine light come on as well as lack of power to start our 2019 F150 after fueling up. We called ahead and spoke to Alain who said come on in and we will have a look at it. 25 minutes later we are at the dealership. Alain sent a fellow out to our vehicle as we couldn’t pull into a bay we had our 30’ trailer attached. The fellow proceeded to run diagnostics while my husband and Alain chatted. 20 minutes later we are on the road. NO CHARGE!!! Big shout out of thanks. You guys were amazing. Our engine light is off minor problem . I will recommend this Ford dealership and keep them in mind as we pass this way again next year. Thank you thank you. Restores our faith in human kindness. We were on way to Ontario from RVing in NB. Our truck had a engine light come on 40 min from Grand Falls. Got to a RV park there. Truck was lagging on the big hills. Took truck in early morning and hopefully get looked at. Thanx to service Alain, juggled sked to get me in. In 45 min, truck scanned code, reset PCM settings then road test. All set to move on!No issues rest of way home. Thanx to Alain and technician ??? no name on my bill for their great work to get me back on road. Thanx again fellas, keep up the great work!!……..Joe

Alain, Tannis and Nick helped us out today big time. We were stranded in an RV with toddlers and no one could help us until we came here! Incredible service, sweetest people and they had the parts on hand and fixed the RV right up! Thank you so so much! Great prices too.
Do not buy a used car from here. My cars fuel mileage for every 100 km is 9 L. Wish they had told me that before I bought the car. DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM HERE. HAVE COSTED ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN GAS.
The service at Ford in Grand Falls is always been excellent, people are nice, friendly and willing to help. I was never a Ford guy but I have to admit the vehicule is nice and confy, the service is incredible so I'm a converted client to Ford.
Recently brought my F-150 for a small repair, but without repair it could have damaged my truck, anyway they took in my truck repaired it even lent ma vehicle, my salesman, Jimmy Martin, went above and beyond the call of duty and made sure I was satisfied Thanks Violette for the exceptional service.
This dealership consistently surpasses my expectations. In 10 years I have never had a negative experience.
Tannis and Tom were magnificent. Everyone was fantastic, Mark was helpful. No complaints at all. The service makes me want to come back. The people are just unbelievable. A wonderful experience all around.
