Got my new Mazda CX 30 GS from Airport Mazda of Toronto. It was one of the best customer service I ever had in my life. The quality of services offered by Airport Mazda of Toronto is top notch. Abhishek Kulkarni is the best sales and leasing consultant I ever met. Abhishek was so helpful throughout the process and guided me to select the best car for me. He also suggested the best car which suited my budget. I also want to thank Samir Kamal Finance Manager and Amir Sales Manager for guiding me throughout the procedure. The quality of customer service offered by Samir and Amir was amazing. They kept me updated about the estimated delivery date and all the paperwork. I will definitely recommend Airport Mazda to my friends and family. Once again thanking Airport Mazda of Toronto for the quality services.
My experience was not the one I anticipated. I wanted it to be great but thank god it was not one of the worst too as it was my first time getting a car in Canada. Why I say it was not a I anticipated is that I received the car literally after 6 months. They had inventory coming in but not for my desired model. I ended up getting an Mazda 3, 2022 GSL. Rameed was the sales associate and totally one that I can recommend to a friend. In a few communication with the Mazda team I felt they were not on the same page but it was considerable. Overall my experience would have been more full-filling if I would have received my car earlier at the starting of 2022 and not at the end but can’t blame the Airport Mazda team too as ai suppose it was some shortage of technology or what not. Definitely I’ll recommend my friends.
There was great experience with Airport Mazda Team to buy my new Mazda CX-5 Sport Edition. Starting from Abhishek, Amirali, Samir and last but not least Dilan. Great customer service from each one of them, made the process too easy and delivery also on schedule. Everyone at Airport Mazda make sure to customer to be happy. Got our new CX-5 from this dealer and they have been an awesome team to deal with. We've called around to different dealers during our car search and visited one in Toronto first but we were not happy with how we've been received. We then went to Airport Mazda and the experience was a definite upgrade! Abhishek, Amir and Samir were very professional, friendly and, most importantly, knowledgeable. Our car was delivered 1 week earlier than was original quoted to us which made us really happy during this time of car shortage. Samir, Amir, and Rameen were great at working with us to provide a positive experience in securing our Mazda CX-5 GT, and they even delivered the car earlier than expected. They are a very friendly and approachable team who will definitely work to get you what you want.

The Best Service I get throughout my search for my new car. Abhishek is the best sales person I have ever met. He suggested to me the best car which would provide me with all the features I need and also it's in my budget. He introduced me to Samir Finance Manager & Amir Sales Manager who provided me with the much needed information. I will get my car within a few days as they make a rush order. It was a good luck for me to visit Airport Mazda of Toronto to treat myself with a brand new car for 2022. Great experience dealing with the sales advisor Abhishek Kulkarni, he is a SUPER STAR when it comes to ensuring all questions answered, very knowledgeable about the car features and ensured the car was perfectly ready on time for me. I also want to thank the Finance Manager Samir Kamal and the Sales Manager Amirali Vazin for helping out in the process to make it happen and ensure all done right. Definitely a FIVE stars dealership and totally recommended.
