Great products and classy customer service. One of the glasses that I ordered broke during shipping, and they had a replacement sent to me out of province! within 24 hours. Highly recommend.
Poor quality wine fridges, poor customer service. I bought a Vinum brand wine fridge about 3 years ago. Two months past the 2 year warranty period, it stopped working. Since then its been back and forth endlessly with staff at Vinum. They finally agreed to supply the broken part, but I'm on the hook for a $600 repair on a $1500 fridge, after just over 2 years. And the repair person was about as rude as I've ever come across. I get that I was past the warranty period, but for such a unit to stop working after just over 2 years is ridiculous. Save yourself a lot of trouble and aggravation: buy your wine fridge elsewhere. Vinum doesn't value their reputation, and the quality of their fridges are poor. Sir: if your fridges were manufactured with the best standard of quality mine wouldn't have stopped working after two years. One repairman who looked at the unit told me that the part that broke was cheap and of Chinese origin. As for your customer service, I last wrote to Ms Perron over a week ago, but obtained no response. I've already wasted enough time on this. If you cared about your reputation you would have done the right thing and covered the full cost of repair. The fact that you didn't speaks volumes about your values.
I hadn't dealt with Vinum for a few years now but I had bought many high-end Riedel wine glasses from them in the past. This time, because of Covid, I dealt with them by phone and email and I'm pleased to report that the service was as outstanding as always. Particular thanks to Arthur for his great help with my order.

Absolutely awful after sales service from this Company. We have been waiting more than 2 months to have our wine fridge repaired that we bought from Vinum. It is their own brand of wine fridge and they have been terrible to deal with. They claim there's only one person in Montrel that repairs wine fridges and he is unreliable. I found 3 companies in less than 10 minutes of looking online. We will never purchase from this store again! Truly an awful experience!!! UPDATE: I didn't realize that you had more than one customer that has been waiting over 2 months to have a wine fridge repaired. The service call should be under the name Jason Molluso. We have called the store repeatedly and nothing gets done. Your reply is simply a generic answer to make it look like you care. Your actions speak a lot louder than your words!!!
Great selection of wine cellars and accessories. Nice and knowledgeable staff.
They royally messed up two orders of mine, but they refunded me immediately and apologized for the mistake.
This is THE place for wine enthusiasts in Montreal. A fantastic selection of stemware, decanters, and general wine care accessories. Highly recommend
