Could not be answered on the speaker to enter back at 11pm. The guards forgot they lowered their speaker level and their side and kept asking me to stop mumbling when I was shouting at the top of my lungs. They where two guards, and instead sending one to help me, wich is kind of basic 101 clientele services, they stayed in their office laughting. My wife was on hight heals and she had to walk hundreds of meters and do the stairs up and down and up again cause the lazy guards where telling us to go to one microphone to the other in the bilding so they can hear us remember that their speaker lvl had been lowered manually ...... was it to have a better sleep Took mee 15 minutes and tons of walking everywhere to finally get them to help me get in. I recommend they get fired. cause 15.50$ totally justify a four star or more service. That was an awful experience.
Bad service.. Never send the receipt for monthly parking pass. Staff members are bored and rude. Often happened that assistance was not given in urgent situations. Handicap parking spot not clearly indicated. Very likely to bump/hit something when driving down the floors.
