Really good experience here tonight. The food was delicious, we had a bottle of the sparkling rose which was also delicious. Our waiter Duncan was very thorough and did an exceptional job walking us through the menu. He made the experience that much better

The best service we ever experienced with kids! We went to this place without reservations with our kids and they accommodated us nicely by setting up a table.  This place has lots of choices and great options for kids menu.  Food was fantastico! Loved it!

The vibe was off in this place. The servers didn’t really have that joie de vivre. It really wasn’t as inviting as it could be and my burger was salty. My friend had a burger as well and she said same. Our table did share the eggplant dish and the cauliflower as well. Those were tasty.

Arrived on a Friday night to an amazing experience.  Phoebe the owner greeted us with warmth, our server Tony was knowledgeable, and Brett choose the perfect wine.  The food was excellent.   Cooked exactly as requested.  The staff was attentive but did not hover.  This was one the best dining experiences we have had Ian Avery long time.

We had the great pleasure to dine at Vin Room West and it did truly delivered. From the great welcome of the staff then owner Phoebe to our amazing table we were set up for a great night. Our server was very knowledgeable on the menu and wine pairings.  The ambiance we fantastic and the night went by in a flash. The server knew his table as to when to ask to serve versus just serve which is a rare skill in my opinion.  The Executive Chef Jose Lemus and team are genius in the kitchen and the plates were beautiful to look at before tasting.  Highly recommend Vin Room West - your money to experience is of great value here. Can't wait to come back!

Do you want to have a celebration and you cannot find a private room where they want to please you, not impose a menu on you, and adapted to your budget?  I strongly recommend you Vin Room. They have excellent attention, the chef has delicious creations that are a true delight palate, awesome selection of wines, craft beers and Delicious kids menu just for$ 5  I have no words to express my gratitude to Vin Roon for making a last minute event, special and unbeatable.  In just one day of booking it, they offered the best. Thanks

For the price and expectations from the menu, most of us were fairly disappointed.  The ladies ordered seared tuna but it was pretty much fully cooked when it arrived, I order a steak, but it was very thin, and very tough when I got it.  The ambiance is good, but the portions were small and for the price, I feel like we could've done better elsewhere

We ordered take out from here a few months ago. We both ordered the Ribeye as well as the Crab Cakes. The restaurant was out of potato roasti, but then Phoebe & chef went out of their way to make it happen for us. Huge thanks for this! Plus, they even brought everything out to us in the parking lot. Everything was perfection! I also have to mention: the Eggplant Chips are to die for. Miss this place so much and can’t wait to come back! Support local!

I'm saddened by my recent visit to Vin Room West. The presentation was what was expected, but each oyster we out into our mouths were full of broken pieces of shell. The steak bites were so dry i felt i was eating beef jerky. Onto the main entrées... Everything was over cooked, tasteless and just pure disappointing.  I've been to other locations and have never been so disappointed. The service was acceptable and hence the 2 stars.

My favorite restaurant in the area! I love the pork belly wraps and lobster nachos. Great ambiance and the patio is dog friendly in the summer! Complete with paw-secco and doggie bags!
