Village Taste

Went there today. Very pleasantly surprised. We don’t eat very spicy hot food and it was so nice to eat good food without it burning your tongue! Very happy with their spice level - good for all age groups. The dessert selections are many and most of them are very tasty. The service was very good- plates were removed promptly. The owner even came to our table to ask how they can improve and honestly we couldn’t think of much to tell him. Overall it is definitely good place to go for dinner.

We had a buffet dinner on Dec 17th. First time exp. but v satisfying one! All dishes were v fresh, tasty and with perfect spice! Loved the cultural ambience! Staff was efficient, proactive and friendly! Reasonably priced!

Premises, layout & food is nice but guest management and execution is not. When everyone comes at once to the buffet area, it gets extremely crowded and messy. The management either put proper signage which side to approach the self-serving area OR put more serving equipment so guests can serve themselves from both sides. The serving staff is attentive, polite and helpful.

Dined at Village Taste on a weekend, intending to sample a full course menu. Variety is good, set up is typical of the place, food is mediocre and staff goes about doing a satisfactory job. Desserts are a saving grace, appetizers and main courses have much scope for improvement.

Absolutely amazing! Last minute walk-in on the buffet and was not disappointed! So much fun as soon as we walked in, from the atmosphere at the entrance, to the ambiance and the unbelievable variety of food! The gol gappay station was a total winner! An absolutely memorable experience! If you want THE Pakistani experience, go here! don’t walk RUN! THE BEST we’ve had in a very long time! Variety in food was unmatched to any buffet we’ve gone to! So many appetizers, kid friendly, so many veggie, chicken and beef options! 4 different halwas, 4 different desserts and 4 kinds of ice cream! Absolutely loved! They even have a prayer section for those who need to pray! Can’t wait to come again when we are in town!

Nice place, was looking for a buffet restaurant and found it. The food was tasty and fresh. Loved their service and the staffs are great. They have a dedicated place for Namaz too.

I had previously ordered from here a few months back and visited here yesterday. Both my experiences were good and I enjoyed the food. The food is flavorful and the portions are good. I'm looking forward to trying their buffet one of these days.

The restaurant had so much potential but sadly due to lack of care it probably won’t survive just like the previous restaurant in the same location. Went there for the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning. Flavors of all the food were great but quality is not. The most basic item on the menu “naan” was like biscuits, and not even in a good way. They were simply stale and got hard over time. Nihari was simply soup with no meat chunks left and same with all the other dishes. Everything is old and just heated up. Even something as reasonable as limes were dried up. If there is no one to oversee the quality and freshness of the food on a Saturday morning they probably will shut down as well.

Food and service provided is good. The place interior is good but some more traditional items could be added too. The salad bar is great. The fish pakoras are tasty. Wish Haleem was added to the menu.

We the group of 4 Friends selected to have dinner at Village taste, it was a good experience and all of us liked the various variety of food, but Chinese dishes were missing , any ways as it was buffet so all of us enjoyed what we liked, worth going with family.
