The first impressions of the place was it was very clean and tidy. Staff was friendly upon entry. After that The experience only got better. The doctor was very friendly knowledgeable and sociable. Treated my kids with great respect and made it fun for them all at the same time. After seeing the doctor and dealing with the staff up front they were very professional and very good at what they did. They're very kind of courteous and helped us out in every fashion. Very impressed with the overall experience. This is the new place I'm using for both my eye doctor and for any sort of glasses.
Phenomenal! Dr. Evans was very kind and thorough. He listened to my concerns and responded very professionally. The ladies assisting with picking frames were great! They took their time and offered their opinions and suggestions. I am really impressed and recommend this place for sure! Being new to the city, I am so pleased to have found this place!
I have been going to Village Eye Centre for 30 plus years. The Optometrists have been excellent! We’ve known Dr Evans since he started and started with Dr Plotsky. The ladies in the office Johanna etc are always pleasant and knowledgeable. I have referred several people to them for the service, optometrists and frames. The entire group are very kind and welcoming.
Very nice and clean place. Staff is very friendly. U can get all your eye glasses there. Had been going to this place for long time. Dr . Atwell is a very nice and friendly doctor and very professional.He had being seen me and my family for a long time .Highly recommended..
My eye was flashing and needed to see an eye dr right away. We called Village Eye center to see if they could take me in. Dr Atwell was almost on his way home but said he would wait till I arrived. Dr Atwell took me in right away as soon as i arrived. He is the best optometrist I had ever seen. Such a friendly caring doctor. The reception staff were fantastic to deal with as well. The staff is great here they always look after you. This place is always a thumbs up! Thank you for looking after me. 5 stars all the way. Thanks Perry
It was my first experience at village Eye centre. Dr. Nelson is very professional he takes his time to examine and explain everything. Front desk staff is very welcoming and professional as well
Took my two kids here today. I'm so glad I did. I used to go to Costco eye centre but this was so much easier. I'm going to start moving our entire family over. It was pretty efficient. No waiting. Our appointment time was on time as scheduled. Staff was professional and friendly.
Second day. I visited there to got help with my niece , It was a great and wonderful, Dr He was very kind and listened to us with care and patience. I got very good welcome and Service by the employees and was really happy with it.
Staff were amazing here, they were personable, friendly, and went above and beyond to get me setup with new glasses; While also trying to complete "surgery" on my old glasses and repair them. Great experience all and all.
The optometrists are incredible. Very knowledgeable, humble and genuine. After an issue arose, it was corrected promptly and their ability to go above and beyond is appreciated.
