I would rank getting work done on my vehicle about as fun as going to the dentist. It’s not something anyone really looks forward to doing. However, I have to give credit where credit is due. The customer service from Chris the manager was stellar. He has a wonderful personality, was very welcoming and easy to talk to. He was patient with my seemingly endless questions my children had about various things and you can tell he really enjoys his job. The place is clean and neat and they have complimentary snacks (my kids liked this part as well)! I will definitely go out of my way to come here for any of my auto repair needs. Thank you for the overall great experience!

Quick and painless! I called in yesterday and was able to schedule an appointment when I wanted today. They had a loaner car available for me and I was able to pick up my repaired car the same day. Will be coming back!

Village Autoworks Woodbury ROCKS! I was in on Monday, January 8 for a tire rotation and could not believe how exceptional the customer service was. When I called I spoke with Chris and his personal telephone skills were amazing and when I arrived he was equally nice in person. He is a great representation of your company and you ought to feel blessed and honored to have someone representing you who is so passionate about his job. He was really good. I will definitely be back again and again to get my 2016 Nissan Rouge serviced. Barbara Henry

Honesty goes along way with me. And yesterday started a new business relationship with Village. I towed my car in and drove it out. Why? Cause they found nothing wrong with it. Now, what they could have done was create a work order. But, that not what happened. I was impressed with the staff's kindness and knowledge. I'm glad their not a franchise. Thanks Chris and Calvin Brian real customer.

Chris was very knowledgeable and honest. Very friendly and great prices. They also have a wonderful incentive program. Highly recommended.
