These guys are great!  Fair prices, great explanations around what your car needs and what was wrong with it, and no pressure to buy anything you don't want.  The work was fast and good, and the staff is friendly.  Highly recommended.

Shawn of this location is an angel. Guy stood in negative degree weather just to attend to my needs. He exemplified true passion and very pleasant personality. He deserves a promotion soon.

Very friendly and honest people. Best I've been to in the St. Paul area so far. I would highly recommend. The only issue is that it gets super busy so you have to make appointments in advance.

On a Saturday morning my front passenger wheel became flat after running over a curb. Spoke with someone through the phone in regards to same day service, the man stated they were booked, and would not be able to take a look at my car. I called Firestone again, spoke with MARK about my situation.  Mark was extremely generous and recommended that I drive my car by for them to take a look at to determine if my Honda Pilot will be okay with one new tire or if all 4 would have to be replaced. My husband took the pilot in, Mark took a look at the threads, the flat tire, and stated two front wheels would have to be replaced. Mark was able to squeeze us in their busy schedule to swap out these tires for us! Appreciate everyones time they took with my car and big thanks to Mark for fitting us in right away. Mark even went to go pick up our tires at another location! Thank you FIRESTONE, I am extremely pleased.
