Platter was overly salty, portions were uneven. Look at the amount of tabouleh compared to the rest of the platter. The tabouleh was just parsley. Garlic sauce looked like glue. Some garlic potatoes were so salty that I wasn’t able to finish my platter. Also the chicken and beef were dry and hard as rock.
These chick peas were rotten and should be thrown in the garbage. Absolutely foul tasting, I don’t know how they were still selling this. Take your hunger elsewhere, it will not be satisfied here.
The food was terrible, the chick pea salad was rotten and tasted absolutely foul. They took longer for our order than they did for the one after us, and they ordered the same thing as us. The employees seemed like it was their first day here. If you come here, I strongly advise you to not get the chick pea salad. If you can, avoid it in general. Go to the Thai Express beside it, they seem like they’re having fun making the food.
Chicken was burnt and dry. Rice was tough. Salad and vegs tasted the same. Presentation wise looks yummy. But eating not delicious. Use to be fresh and good. Employees were disorganized with ordering to payment.
Does not follow uber eats order instruction. Below image must have been potatoes with shawarma but we got rice with shawarma.. suprise... guess what who doesn't love getting rice when they ask for otatoes!!!!!!!
My meat was burnt and super hard! The garlic potatoes will very very oily. I ordered through door dash and the restaurant didn’t even follow the request I put in. No utensils provided either.
I used to eat at Villa Marina every time at the food court but I don’t think I will going forward. Their menu is confusing as to what it includes. Sometimes it’s two salads, sometimes one. They used to fill it up with all the ingredients and that’s why I loved it but that’s not the case anymore. They’re pretty pushy sales people at the food court and tbh it’s not really worth it anymore. Unless I’m super craving Villa Madina I won’t be giving this place another chance. Maybe it’s a hit or miss.
Very rude staff. There was one broken skewer so I just asked them politely to serve me fresh skewer. She literally made a rude and unwelcoming face on my humble request and that literally took away my hunger. What a pathetic customer service. I wish I could give them no stars at all. When I said ok I don’t need it. She said no problem. Like come on you have to go above and beyond to serve your customer.
Ordered delivery and food was cold when it arrived. Plus they ran out of the beef option at 7pm… really? Chicken Rokbox had NO garlic sauce on it, making it super dry. My wrap also had a huge hole and was leaking out when I got it. Would not recommend this location.
something happened to this place, the food tastes expired. i ordered a plate and something was not fresh. this place used to be good there has been a notable change in food quality in the last year. i regret trying them again. never again.
