Owner was rude! The woman that greeted us nicely and professionally was a doll.. the owner walked up to us, and began talking to us and asked if our cars were parked in the lot, and if we wanted to trade them in (mind you neither of us said anything of that sort) my sister in law stated she wants to trade in her car (as she didn't know that should could not do that until she paid it off) he very rudely stated she cannot trade her car in then he just walked away from us. The owner then walked up to the woman and started telling her in a rude tone that we can't trade the car in cuz she has to pay it off he then said oh if you have to trade in a vehicle to buy one i cannot take that car. This man was talking to us like we don't have the money to buy a new car (I didn't want to trade my car.. I drove in the lot in a 2017 Chevy Cruz) Were so upset by the way this man was talking to us we decided to go down the street, and we purchased a vehicle (paid in full) and the dealership down the street was AMAZING!!

Working with Viking Motors was a great and stress free experience. Kevin and Kayla were incredibly helpful.and there to guide you through the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Great dealership to go to! Purchased a 2009 Hyundai Sonata from here almost a year ago and have had zero issues with it. Other than needing to replace the brakes recently, which I expected I would after winter anyways. Very happy customer and have suggested this dealership to friends and family looking for cars. Didn't pressure me into buying and did everything they could to work it out so I could get this car. Much better experience here than my previous car purchase at Mad City Sales (don't ever go to Mad City). Everything I was hoping a dealership would be! Thanks again you guys!

I test drove a vehicle here, liked it but wanted lower miles with better specs. They had another like model that I test drove with lower miles. They let me test drive it that day and EVEN take it home for the night! The next day I was purchasing the vehicle. They went above and beyond to help me out! I would highly recommend them and they are not pushy sales people either. Locally owned and very nice people to work with!

I purchased a Lincoln MKX from Viking - completely though emails with Carol. I still have never met her lol. She was amazing and went way out her way to get me into that car, over and above what I believe other car lots would have done. I never even test drove it - I went on Carols word what a good car it was - and she was right! Being a used vehicle it needed brakes and tires but I drive a lot (had it 3 months and put on 6k miles already) so I wanted them replaced anyway for peace of mind. I also purchased the 100,000 mile extended engine / trans warranty they offered at a great price. There are inherent problems with any MKX, such as the sunroof closing, but I don't open it anyway so I don't care about that. There is a speed sensor that needs to be replaced, but only fails when going about 75mph, then resets itself - so they probably never knew that. Being that I don't live in Stoughton I never contacted them about it, but I am confident they would have taken care of it. I highly recommend them. No nonsense and honest. Definitely not a typical used car lot. Thanks! I love the car!
