I had a very good experience in getting my next car. I came in with some specific wants and they were able to get them for me. I took a little time to decide and the followup was appreciated and I now have a really nice car. Everyone I talked with were very nice and appreciative of the business.

I will recommend Lupient GMC to all of my friends and family looking for a vehicle. Jose was my salesman. He did a great job as did Brent the used sales manager. He got us into what we were looking for and worked for us to get the fairest deal possible. A day after we bought our Acadia Denali there was pulse in the foot pedal. I took it back to that day and Sean in service told they did not have time to look at it at their GMC shop but could get it right in at their Nissan Dealership next door. They replaced all breaks and rotors for a total of around $700 at no cost to me. We had a very very good experience with Lupient and we will most certainly be doing ALL of our vehicle shopping with them. Thank you guys!! you were great!!

While at your garage I was treated very politely and with patience. He checked the status of the vehicle for tire rotation and also had it done. A very polite respectful young man. I believe his name is Brian Johnson.

Was there yesterday looking at vehicles. The gentleman we spoke with had no idea what features the vehicle had. I knew more about the engine then he did.. And whoever details your vehicles needs a lesson on cleaning or a new job. My 13 year old son could do a better job!

was looking to get a new Buick Enclave to replace my existing Enclave. I wanted a certain model (color, external and internal). Since there wasn't one on the lot, Al Boysen took the time to locate one, quite aways away and get it to the dealership. I do all my service activity at Lupient and buying a new Enclave (3rd one), is part of always using Lupient. People are always pleasant to deal with. Al took the time to explain some of the new features on the 2017 that were different from my 2016. My experience is always good in all departments, sales, service and body shop. For example last year I had two needs to use the bodyshop and I needed it in a short time before the holidays (XMAS). They got the parts and turned it around quickly.
