Very nice place. Surprisingly hot water. Wonderful views of the surrounding mountains...

One of the better national forest campgrounds in Montana. Many sites are spread out and have tall trees. Extremely quiet due to its location at the end of the road. Trout Creek flows right nearby through its gorgeous namesake canyon. Hanging Valley is a excellent (somewhat strenuous) hike that leaves from the campground to a viewpoint HIGH up on the canyon wall (don't worry, there's a metal fence).

Very nice campground! The spots all looked pretty large and level, and it is in a beautiful spot right next to the trailheads and a little stream. Just fyi, the road to get there turns fairly washboardy after the pavement ends and there is no water or garbage at the campground

Great camp ground. I feel I grew up there since our family and friends camped up there every chance we could. From childhood, until now.
