The only VS Store in Ottawa as of 2020, always busy no matter what. Well-stocked and with many options, but yeah, prepare for lines/crowds, especially during annual sales and so on
The underwear is good quality. I take advantage of their sales.
VS has really good COVID protocols. Additionally, the store assists with over-the-clothes fittings and, if needed, returns. A bit expensive but the sales and friendly staff make it worthwhile.
Very sweet service, friendly with plenty of different options.
Pink had good prices.
Usual creative offerings for Nightime wear
Fittings rooms are not open. Finding a bra that fits is challenging enough... really disappointed. Lost sales will go to the competitors who manage fitting rooms and hygiene measures.
