I had an appointment with Dr. Bernstein this morning and he was extremely kind and efficient. I had been majorly stressed since a recent melanoma diagnoses and he quickly and painlessly removed the tumor and put my mind at ease. 10/10 recommend. So grateful to have found this clinic!
Went there to get a mole looked at which was causing some discomfort. When I phoned I was given an appointment right away, and went there 24hrs later to have it looked at. At the location I was seen by Dr. Bernstein. He had a great manner about him and quickly and painlessly removed it All the staff were polite and friendly - Would definitely recommend if you don't want do deal with the public system and the lottery of finding a dermatologist worth their salt. Would go there again without hesitation
Dr. Nicolis is the best plastic surgeon out there bar none! I highly recommend him and his staff! As an associate professor at McGill University, he pursues his passion for education with his position as the Director of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery training. He continues to lecture worldwide on a range of surgical and non-surgical innovative aesthetic procedures. In addition to his extensive publications and educational credentials, Dr. Nikolis is known for his warm bedside manner, superior results, and his patient centric approach!
My wife booked an appointment for a sebaceous cyst on my neck. When she called she was told the consultation was $150 which was right and that such an operation like mine was starting at $150, up to $300 or a bit more. She described the cyst precisely on size and looks. I was greeted and immediately reassured by the dr's assistant it was only esthetic and not dangerous that's the consultation and they offered to remove it immediately. As for the operation itself, it was $810, a complete different ballpark than what my wife was told. I wouldn't be complaining if my cyst was a golf ball size or if it was $100 more but we are talking over $1,100 with taxes, nowhere near expected amount. One of the person there told me the staff is trained only to say pricing starts at $X on phone and they didnt want to see a photo before, no wonder why. A hugely disappointing experience. Clearly they are banking on your emotive side once you're inside.
Came here for laser hair removal, and after only one session I saw a huge difference! It might be expensive, but the results are worth it. First time laser worked for me, I've been to other places but Vicpark is hands down the best.
Victoria Park is hands down the best Medispa in the city. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable which leads me to believe they either have a very rigorous training program or they only hire the best of the best. I really felt like I was in the hands of a true professional. Plus, my skin has never looked better. I’ll be going back again and again!
Not impressed. I can tell by the visit that it's a pure sales job. I went for a consult for tired eyes and came out with a laundry list of items the doctor recommended- including my hair! Some of which haven't even been proven to work! After my visit, I spoke to other friends who had gone elsewhere for consults and realized that most places give you a credit for the equivalent of the consult fee paid. Had I known this, I would never had gone to Vicpark. The consult is $150 for 20 minutes of someone's time and I did not get a credit not even partial credit. Will I go here? No simply because I can tell they don't have my interest in mind but more their pockets. There are so many other spas in Montreal, and I found one where I know I will go. I don't want to support a business who is in it for the money and not for the cause.
Dr. Nikolis is kind and thorough. No pressure and a well explained assessment. The procedure went smoothly and the results are outstanding. Exceptional personalized follow up as well.
Jennifer Ercoli is a true gem. I call her the laser magician. The laser fairy. I had all kinds of lasers done elsewhere and her unique technique, combined with her knowledge have yielded the most results I've ever had, period. I've tried IPL and BBL elsewhere but never saw any potent results - Jennifer's technique is a game-changer. She is always on time, warm & friendly. A true professional who truly cares and is result-driven. She is incredibly honest as well. Thank you Jennifer! I have been coming here for years and everyone from the receptionists to the laser technicians have all been so kind & welcoming, always smiling & personable. I was always treated with the utmost professionalism, both in person and on the phone. I highly recommend this place for any skin woes.
Let me start by saying I have a had a number of treatments at the Victoria Park Medispa, Westmount location, and until now have always been extremely satisfied. The issue I am now having is purely administrative. I paid in advance for a treatment that I have had many times successfully at this location. When I arrived the technician said she didn't think that treatment was appropriate for me. I was very surprised but I trust her judgment. We had a quick conversation and parlayed the money I had already paid into an appointment for another unrelated treatment. At that time I told her I had issues with psoriasis in the area in question. She assured me it wouldn't be a problem. When I got home I read the website and it states that people with psoriasis should not get this treatment. I then visited my dermatologist and she advised against it. I cancelled the appointment weeks in advance. Everyone was polite there were no issues to till this point. When I cancelled my appointment the girl on the phone took my credit card number for a refund. I waited a few weeks but no refund. I called the office and say said they didn't do refunds on the credit card and instead would send me a cheque, a miscommunication but fine. I was told that my case was a bit complicated, for an administrative reason I don't quite understand, and that the operations manager would have to take care of it. I spoke with her and she said there would be a cheque waiting the next time I came into the office, planned for a week later. I arrived...no cheque. Caitlin called accounting and said that that cheque had not even be written yet. We are now at over three weeks from the time I cancelled the appointment. She assured me it would be sent at the end of the week and I would receive an email letting me know. She told me that I am not the only one who is having issues, everyone waiting for a refund is having issues. I don't find this particularly comforting. She was pleasant but I could tell I was irritating her. Yes, I have called a number of times to get an update on what is going on but this is over 1k I'm waiting for and each time I am given a date the date passes with no explanation. The end of the week comes and goes and no news. At the beginning of this week I called and left a message and I sent an email asking simply that they respond to me in writing to let me know the total amount and when I can reasonably expect the refund to be sent. Literally, no response. I certainly understand there is only so much Caitlin can do and she is not personally responsible for sending out refunds. I really don't like having to call repeatedly and make a nuisance of myself. It has now been almost 6 weeks since I requested a refund. I am unsure of where to go from here and the lack of accurate information is unsettling. It would be great if someone could get back to me, preferably in writing, with an accurate update. Again, I am not laying blame on any particular person. This is one of those unfortunate administrative hiccups that happen, we merely need to find a solution in a timely manner and communicate it effectively.
