Ongles Westmount Nails

I like doing my nails here because these ladies have a lot of experience and my nails are always well done. I receive many compliments on my nails after each manicure. I go there for shellac manicures and it usually lasts for at least 4 weeks if not more. However, I am unsure if the salon have changed their shellac brand or the top coat because it chipped on 3 nails one week after I have my nails done, and this is something that has never happened before in the last 5 years. That was disappointing. I could not believe it! I do not wash dishes or keep my hands in water a lot to say that this was the cause of the chipping. This colour chipping happened the last two times I did my manicure there. I appreciate the quality of the work these ladies are doing and I want to go back to do my nails there, but I hope that they will change the shellac brand they are currently using or whatever impedes the manicure to last. The purpose of this evaluation is to provide constructive feedback and support the quality improvement of this small business. I hope it helps!

The worst nail salon I ever been too!!! I went there next day I broke not 1 but 2 nails not only that they cut my finger and my hands where all red from the strong light 2 days after I broke other nail and chip my whole nail Worst nail place I ever went to get my nail done!

There's only one employee who's very rude and it shows on her work. She tried to charge me 5 $ more than the price not knowing that i knew the price is, they look tired. That one is always unpleasant. Now ill never come back mos def!Service: Manicure

Poor customer service, never respect an appointment. A 5-year client, my appointment was at 4:00 pm, yet, I was forced to wait until a 5:15 until a new customer is served. The place has changed dramatically after COVID and after the new ownership. The workers there behave as if they don’t care and insensitive to customers time

Wow I had shellac nails and toes done in blue with sparkles and wow She did it so even and perfect.

Got a pedicure and gel manicure for my wedding. They were great initially and for the big day but the gel developed some texture issues in the top coat after a couple days. My guess is a bad or old top coat bottle. I could probably go back and get it fixed but don't care enough to do so.

Very nice place, after a bad experience at cours mont royal, those girls took care of my nails perfectly. They took time to do a perfect job. I will definitely go back there!

Wonderful staff! I came in without having made an appointment, and then asked if they’d be able to do my nails gel refill before my workshift started—definitely a huge request! Not only did they take me, but they did a wonderful job! Much appreciated!!
