Booked at last minute as decided to spend an extra day,night in London. Price good, nice friendly welcome when arrived. Room was exactly what it said it was, very comfortable. Would recommend and will be booking again when back in the area Rooms: 5/5
The good: The room was clean and the location was walkable to Buckingham palace. It's close to the metro. The staff was friendly. The bad: We had noisy neighbors every night and even noisier repair work going on right outside our window. I had to close the blinds because the worker was at eye level as I woke up and got out of bed. The window had no sound insulation and sounded like it was wide open to street noise. I woke several times to doors slamming shut in the hallway at all hours of the night. The room was quite small. The lift was out, so we had to carry all our baggage up 4 flights of stairs.
If you want to get troubles during your vocation - you are welcome at hotel. The order for the 6 people family was canceled before 3 hours of our arrival. Absolutely bad service. The new offer was to go 12 km from the center of London at 10 pm. The management said that it was the "problem of system". Your hotel goes to the list of the worst places in London
Absolute joke of a hotel. I booked a room and they waited till AFTER I got there too tell me they decided to cancel it and couldn’t give me a valid treason basically giving me and my girlfriend no where too go. Staff were simply rude and all they did was waste time by cancelling the whole room as I tried too check in. On top of that the refund will take 12 days too come back. Absolute joke only order if you want your time and money wasted as they took a cancellation fee even though THEY cancelled and not me.
The staff are helpful. The room is perfectly clean. The air-con works well. Absolutely flawless! Really worth my money. Will definitely go back there again!Rooms: 5/5
The room was clean and upto date, staff were friendly. But and a big but don't get the to get you a taxi, took over 30 mins than the time expected. It wasn't a 'proper' taxi and robbed us of £35 just to get to Shaftsbury Ave. Beware!!!Rooms: 4/5
Nice hotel with decent prices, my single room was small but functional, the shower was excellent and the bed comfy and clean. Short walk from Victoria Station and if you go, make sure you try the Italian close by - O Sole Mio ... Wonderful food.Rooms: 4/5
poor isn’t the word for our stay, we paid for a triple room where we was then expected to stay in 1 bed for 3 of us, the staff was very rude and didn’t really care when we went down to speak to them. On our 3rd day the hotel took the payment out the bank for a second time and when told about it they didn’t really try to do anything about it until called and told the police would be getting involved if we didn’t get a refund. The cups in our room was filthy with hairs and stains in as they hadn’t been cleaned and the TV didn’t work at all. I would really recommend not staying here at all I’d rather pay to stay in another hotel for that price, we considered leaving but had already paid to do activities in the day so didn’t want to waste those tickets. All i can say is stay away from this hotel.
I don’t know why my first review didn’t make it but beware of this hotel! I booked a “Family Room” for my wife and I plus our 2 daughters. When we got to the hotel the guy checking us in was a little condescending buy I let that slide. Upon getting to our room they had place 4 single beds in a small room. The air conditioner didn’t work all the time and the bathroom was disgusting! We stayed in way better hotels around Europe for less money. Shop around!!
It's a nice clean budget friendly option. I found myself needing to get a hotel very last minute, everything else was 6x the price, and this was a good option. Rooms: Clean. Nearby activities: Very close to the US Embassy if you need a budget option that's not awful. Noteworthy details: Affordable and clean.
