Horrible experience during my 5 week stay in this dumpster of a hotel, the old grumpy man who worked in front was incredibly rude, all the restaurant staff were ignorant towards all the evacuation members who were placed to stay at this hotel by redcross! That one big fat lady with Color dyed hair was completely lazy and was very rude towards us every time we went order & that tall skinny chef was miserable an would always get mad every time we placed a big order, the food there began to get us sick! I had a feelings the chef did something to our food. I was glad we got out of there before me an my partner got food poisoning from that restaurant. All the staff at this hotel were horrible an I will never suggest anyone to stay at this hotel during any time out in Winnipeg. Plus it reeks of ppl bumming for money an cigarettes all the time.

Didn't stay instead. Couldn't even drive in to check in. Too much ppl wandering around n shouting outside from the bar area at night when you're trying to sleep. Wouldn't be a good feeling all night worrying about your vehicle although security Smothers the place...That's why I left before I even got out to check in. Felt like another world. One I don't wanna be in. Not tonight satan. Just need to sleep peacefully. Came to best western PLUS!!! FINALLY!!! GN NOW

Clean rooms. Restaurant was great food. And prices reasonable. Only thing I did not like was a lot of people hanging around outside drunk and asking for change or cigarettes.Rooms: 4/5

The place reeked. The place smelled like a dumpster. Lots of creeps wanting to sell stuff or asking for smokes. The room smelled of mold. Weird stains everywhere. Mattresses are old and lumpy. People stomping around all night upstairs. Only had 1 bath towel for a family of 7. Went to the front desk to ask for more towels and they said they would call the room. Nothing happened. Honestly rather would’ve slept in a dumpster. Water slide steps were moldy and in maintained. Never wanna go here again

As I arrived, security was outside the entrance trying to remove a few undesirable people from the area. Inside was nice, but it was shift change so had to wait about 10 min for a drink while the staff were switching the till. Had my drink, played a couple vlts. When I was leaving there was another group leaving so I felt safe leaving. Outside Security was still trying to get the undesirables away. Walked over to the vendor with one of the people I left with and mentioned that I wasn't comfortable with the area at the moment. He said he'd walk me to my vehicle. Just as we were leaving a whole group of different rowdy guys walked in. Thank goodness I had the guy to walk me out. Needless to say. I will not ever go here again alone.

Worst ever!! Cigarette smell in the room. Rude receptionist. I asked her to change room because I am unable to breath in the room. She was rude and expalined that the room is near the exit and because ot it smoke smell is coming in the room. Can you imagine that the rooms has common passing door to each other?? Yukk

Really sketchy, dirty, run down and ugly. Not safe at all. Don't stay here. There are much better hotels in the area.Rooms: 1/5
