Ordered the 4-piece deep fried spring rolls for $9.99 Each roll was no longer or wider than my index finger. Hardly any meat inside; no veggies and mostly noodle. Oil used to cook it tasted off and was most likely too cold before it was used to make my food. Food had a sour aftertaste. Absolutely do not recommend coming here unless they seriously figure out how to fix their restaurant. I've read the other reviews, I was warned. Took a chance and was insulted by what I got. Please do better. I do hope that in the future that this place is someplace to recommend but as it stands. I just can't. I know times are tough right now but even if the food tasted amazing. Four tiny rolls of nothing for $10 is just not a good deal. I can go to Kostas just a walk up the sidewalk and get a Baked Cheese Ravioli for $15.50 that is really tasty and has a LARGE portion size that I often have to save half for later.
Vickie's Saigon Bistro restaurant in La Ronge just lost a customer. The meals went from amazing previous owners to skimpy current owners, low flavour, and poor quality. I will not even take a photo of the "spring rolls" overly greasy, lack of substance, and under-cooked.
Fresh rolls had no carrots and little to no beef, Barely any meat in all of the dishes lately.
Portion keep getting smaller and smaller than the previous owner. You’re better off eating at mama kitchen or pizza.
Food is good and the variety is there. Wonton soup is not recommended but their other dishes are great.
Very good food, and the servers are always friendly. A nice place for lunch, however for the amount of food it does get pretty pricey pretty quick. Still. I’d definitely recommend the 38 or the 73.
Everything was great, soup wasn't awesome and bit too fried rice was biy too salty.
Great food and great customer service. My daughter loves their spring rolls.
They have resorted to using onions in place of bok choy and other vegetables in their dishes, so mostly onion. Also greasy. Won't be eating here again anytime soon.
Doesn’t compare to the original owners. I’ll still buy but they’ve changed so much for no reason other than cost on their part.
