Walked into the store going to shop for a blue ray movie and he was on the phone. I asked if he was open even had his sign lit up saying open and would not get off the phone to help. Very very poor customer service and very rude for not getting off the phone. Will NEVER step foot in that shop again!!!!!

The store was in complete dissaray and it was completely filthy inside. The manager asked my girlfriend to take off his shirt for him so he could show off his tattoos. We will never go back here.

Lost my wedding rings and engagement ring. Keeps stringing me along. Telling my husband come back this day...then oh come back this day. Well enough is enough. Come Friday May 27 .2016 either have my money or I will be filing a police report and getting a lawyer.

Worst eBay experience I have EVER had. I won an item that this store had posted twice in error. They denied that I ever won any of their auctions even though eBay records and my PayPal payment CLEARLY show that I did. I had to go through the PayPal resolution center to get my money back since the proprietor of this shop was completely uncooperative and unreasonable. They played dumb on the issue until the bitter end. Buyers beware!

Horrible customer experience. Don't buy from Their eBay store.After winning an auction the wrong item was shipped. As instructed, I shipped the item back on Saturday Dec 5th,Their store received the item back on Tuesday Dec 8th however the correct item wasn't shipped until the following week, Monday Dec 14. After winning the auction on Nov 23rd, I just got the correct item today, Dec 18th. I waited 25 days.After sharing my experience and reaching out to give the store an opportunity to make it right I was insulted as a customer and accused of threatening them.I never threaten anyone's well being.
This is not how customers should be treated. Shame on the owners for behaving in this manner. I personally work in customer service and can understand they might have dealt with bad customers in the past. However this is not how an online purchase experience should be. This type of customer feedback should instead, be used to identify the gap and rectify.for example; How was the wrong item shipped? Who was responsible to ship the correct item immediately after receiving the incorrect item back from the customer? Why wasn't the item shipped at least via usps priority mail after knowing that the customer has been waiting for 25 days for this item?
Out of my 10 years shopping on eBay, this is the worst experience I ever had. Poor and lack of customer communication, lack of urgency and extremely poor treatment to customers.
No one is perfect and mistakes are expected to happen. How you deal with those mistakes to ensure customer satisfaction is what matters, motivating them to buy from you again.
