Excellent concept. Two chefs, each prepares the same produce but their own way. Plates are appetizer sized or a bit bigger so you can choose 2 or 3. But regardless of the concept the food is worth eating there. One of the best tables of the region.

Definitely a must if you're looking for an out of the ordinary culinary experience here in Charlevoix, QC. A unique experience awaits you. My wife and I tried the option of having the same 4 dishes (so 8 in total). Both chef give their unique twist and flavour to the dish, giving 2 authentic experiences with 1 ''pièce de viande'' :) Enjoy

Hi everyone- I will keep this simple. This is an amazing restaurant experience and of course the food is excellent. Very fresh local ingredients and such an amazing area with nice people. Strongly recommended.
