Not a great representation of Tim Hortons. The bagels weren’t actually toasted, the breakfast sandwich was definitely toasted it may have started a fire in their store it was that well cooked. Coffee was decent but the wait was 25 min long!
Worst service ever and they don't know how to make branded drinks
Perfectly fine location. Never had a bad experience here. Donuts fresh most of the time. Almost always tables available. They often brew fresh dark roast coffee for me.
None of the Staff understood English. Very difficult to place an order. Even after using Google Translate and showing them the french version of our order, they still messed it up. Didn't bother to fix it and made faces when asked to fix it. Canada has two official languages last time i checked. I guess the owner did not bother to hire someone who understands the official language of Canada. I would avoid this at all costs. Not worth the trouble. They would spoil your trip for no reason.
Looked open but was closed when we got there and lined up in the drive through...There was not a single sign or piece of paper taped to a door to tell all the unhappy customers that the place was closed. Awesome experience
The worst experience I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. Unfortunately I cannot give anything less than 1 star, as they deserve 0 stars or less. Went through the drive thru many times, always very long waiting times, typically more than 15 minutes. Wrong orders given very often, rude staff. They close at 4pm without any notice. Definitely a place you should avoid!
I asked for a sandwich and it came with a mosquito attached on the top. I didn't take one bite and made a complaint, the girl said I have done that. C'mon! Why in the hell would I do that?! I deeply regret I didn't take a picture because my intention was not expose anything, I was just hungry. NEVER STOP AGAIN!!!
I'm normally a huge fan of Tim Hortons but this location was not up to the standards. The washrooms were dirty, the service was slow and the food was old and gross. Additionally they were lacking all the variety of pastries that are normally offered on the menu.
Made the mistake of stopping at the drive through. They gave us the wrong food and an ice coffee that was missing the coffee. I will never bother to stop there again. We paid for some food we never received and when we asked they denied we had paid or ordered it. McDonald is way more dependable and cheaper.
Very disappointing time at my local Timmies... After waiting for three minutes, an employee finally answered at the cash register. After taking my order the new Beyond meat on lettuce and tomato, I watched the sandwich lady build not once giving me a egg muffin, not twice giving me my order with an unwanted egg but thrice they added a second sausage... the not vegan kind wrong sandwich; the last time having not noticed and only realizing in the car. This is laughably bad and I doubt I will go to that place in the future. Don't let this review push you away from Timmies, though, as the other experiences I had and different locations were great and the food was prepared without any issues. Just be aware that mistakes happen WAY too frequently at that specific location. On Sidenote, the coffee is good and soothing.
