this salon came highly recommended by mine & my sisters esthetician. I called twice, one to make sure the hours on Google were still correct - the receptionist with the tone of a younger adult was very kind. The second receptionist I spoke to, she had a tone of voice of an older adult and a terrible attitude. As someone who has never done UV Tanning before I had done some online research that left me with some concern. When I called I explained to the receptionist that this would be my first experience & as what I read online I read to shave the day before. I informed my concern in which she laughed & said “that makes zero sense, why would you need to shave? you’re coming for a tanning not laser. that doesn’t make any sense!” As a receptionist myself, I was very unimpressed & turned off. As a receptionist you are the first person a client speaks to., they choose to come to your workplace & that is how you speak to them? As a new UV tanner I had more questions that I did not even feel comfortable asking. It’s a disgusting impression coming from a professional salon. 10/10 do not recommend.
I love this place! I haven't been to a tanning salon in years and was nervous, but the ladies at the front are so informative and I didn't burn at ALL like I have before. Each bed comes with protective glasses which is the first time i'm seeing that in a tanning salon. Also, the employees don't try and force you to buy one of their lotions as a sales tactic. So happy to have found this gem in my neighbourhood!
I love this place- the staff Kayla and Cat are so friendly and accommodating, they even store my lotion for me! It's clean and the service is prompt so I've never waited more than 3 mins to get to a tanning bed. They even provide goggles for you. The prices are on the lower end of reasonable. I honestly cannot say enough good about ViceVersa. Such a difference from other salons I've been to that try to gouge you for money and treat you very rudely. Thank you Vice Versa!
Very nice high end beds, clean environment amazing customer service. The Owner walked me through the benefits of each bed, and the best sequential order in which to use them that was to my advantage, not her financial gain.
Great staff, very clean and they maintain all their equipment really well. Very knowledgable as well. My favourite is the cocoon pod. It's so cozy and really relaxes you. My favourite escape for when I have body aches and am super stressed.
I am definitely a hard sell when it comes to a tanning place. When i find a place I stick to it. I moved from brampton and was terribly disappointed that I wouldnt be able to tan at my place anymore. I am a manager of a LA Fitness, they came in and I went to try them out & immediately I'm a long term customer. Customer Service A +++ ; Friendly, Sweet, Knowledgable Cleanliness ; A +++ Always very clean Improving ; They are always changing beds out, adding new bulbs to keep top service Prices ; Everyone is always stating that tanning places are expensive, but if they are, they are probably worth it! I have an unlimited platinum package plan and my tan is golden $100.00 a month Cons ; They dont have alot of lotion on display for sale, however will order whatever you want. I am a site shopper so if I see it I will try it. Overall ; Very Happy! Hard to beat.
Great selection and the most important GREAT customer service. I had some issues with the purchased item. Vise Versa was following up with the vendor for over 5 weeks, until the problem was resolved. Love the attitude. This guys are RELIABLE. Will purchase there again!
I went there this morning with my friend for a “bed tanning” and the girl was really nice to us! She explained everything and was so sweet! The place is very clean, the machines are great and it’s just cosy! I recommend this place :.
Clean neat and tidy. Place is very well kept and extremely organized. Kayla is very professional and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She was very patient and detailed in explaining.
