From our first meeting with Dan, through the installation and ongoing follow up, we have been very impressed with the professionalism, know-how and friendly experience with Vibe Generators! As seniors, staying safe from Covid 19, we had some trepidation about embarking on any work around our house, but the whole process was done with such care and thoughtfulness that we were completely at ease. We've made new friends with Dan and Lauren and the kids, and are feeling a new sense of security with the generator and a renewed sense of Canadian honesty and kindness.
Dan did a wonderful job installing my Kohler generator. He is punctual, professional and thoughtful. He took the time to clearly explain every component of the generator transfer switch, OnCue app. Great communications throughout the install process! Full recommend!
