It is crazy that there is no way to contact UK embassy, or pay for every minute to talk to them!!!.nI got an appointment for VF in Ottawa very quick. I went there and they helped me to prepare my document's. Only I forgot to upload 1 document that I paid $60 just to upload it for me!!!nBut service was quick and they were helpful and kind.nPlz help me to contact them and explain that I have ticket in 2 weeks, no refundable ticket. Is it enough time to receive my passport and visa?
There is no way for parking, very crowded. The security guards are very rude. I just stop my car temporarily for switching seats with my wife and a white woman between 40-50 year old just came and said not allowed to park. I don’t want to talk to her and then she just opened my car door directly without my permission. Then she called two security guards to ask leave, also bad attitude. Before she left and went into the building again she said me rude. How she is rude she doesn’t know about? Watch out this woman again.
This is the worst visa centre I have been to. If I had a choice of going to another place or didn’t need a visa, I wouldn’t go. They took my passport and it’s been almost three months since they gave it back to me. The lady at the visa centre told me that I needed an EEF number for “Etudes en France” when I wasn’t even going to enrol in a French university institution and after I had given them all my documentation. She said that I just needed to go on the website to provide them with the number and that’s it. Two months go by and I’m told to create a profile and submit all my documentation and then provide an “attestation en etudes” to VFS, which makes no sense since they told me that I didn’t have to submit anything on the profile. I contact the visa centre and they tell me that they have no information regarding the speed of the visa applications and the process of it even though they took my passport and I have an upcoming flight soon. I contacted them multiple times and the call support representatives speak neither English nor French. One representative said that they can’t accept any information about me besides my receipt number and that if I didn’t have it, they would contact the consulate, which took them two months the last time they did this. I told them that that’s not possible with me and he said that he’ll escalate my situation. So far, nothing. When I finally found my receipt the second person didn’t even understand English and we had to repeat to her 20 times the reference number of the receipt only for her to tell us that they don’t have any information regarding my application in very broken English. I’ve been met with excuse after excuse and no answers as to my status of my application and I have the right to know. It’s my passport.
I got requested for visa stamp on December 18 and I have flight today, I didn’t get my passport yet. Why did you all delay like this? People have sometimes emergency travel. You should care about the process exact time. Really worse their process time. Even I can’t contact them.nI want my passport back on this coming Monday January 1 because I have flight for emergency. Can you please help me with this to send my passport back to Vancouver into Canada post on coming Monday January 1? That will be helpful for me. I hope you understand.
This is one of the worst centers that I've ever been in my life. I have requested a refund for almost a month and didn't get any respond yet!!nnI don't know how to contact them, they don't have even an email address. The only way is to go directly to the center and this option is also pointless, because they won't help you out. I don't even know if they will refund me or not.nnIf you have any other option, do not consider this center at all.nnEdit: They replied to me to share my contact details via Facebook/Twitter message along with review's screenshot. I've done it and waited for another two weeks. Nothing happend. So, they WON'T refund you at all. It is so stupid. Even if you go in person in the center, they will not help you out.
