My shoutout goes to Pranali for helping me and my dad with his passport renewal application. It seems easy but believe me it’s not. She helped us with filling the forms, getting copies, correcting tiny mistakes that you may otherwise not see and cause delays in the application. I really admire her patience and eagerness and friendly nature to help the process is seem less for us. We are really really thankful for her service and would like to endorse her.

Fast service, clean space! I waited for a few minutes until the receptionist got free, and then signed on a notebook, presented my drivers license as well as my tracking number then received my delivery. The only confusing part was the door tag which says fire exit- I am glad they had a note that the BLS is this way otherwise I was going around.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Every single employee at BLS feels like they are running a masterclass in incompetence and fraud. I followed every instruction on their website step-by-step like a robot, triple-checked everything, and still—miraculously—they found “mistakes.”nnAnd guess what?n“Oh sir, our website is not up to date.”nSeriously? Then why even have a website?nnThe whole thing felt like a setup.nThey basically corner you into paying for their $100 Premium Lounge, as if it’s some VIP spa when in reality it’s just a money-sucking trap. They literally say, “Pay this, we’ll do everything for you.” Translation: “We intentionally made the public process impossible so you have no choice but to pay up.”nnThe entire operation feels like a scam wrapped inside another scam.nZero professionalism, zero care, zero honesty.nnIf there was a rating lower than 0 stars, BLS would proudly earn it.nnYou will definitely enjoy being frustrated, overcharged, and treated like you’re the problem for trusting the instructions they themselves wrote.nnNo wonder they are being banned now.
