I used this company a number of times during my stay. It's been handy as a tourist as I can book a taxi using the app when I can access WiFi and it doesn't run up my phone bill. The app even detects where you are (although not always completely accurately as I have missed a couple of drivers - sorry cabs 63 and 20!). The drivers have always been helpful and polite. I would definitely use this company again when I'm next back in Windsor.

My friends and coworkers take this cab service all the time and they have some good experience. When I took the cab service my driver turned the fare off and kept driving. Then tried to tell me that the fare was $40 ( it was not a $40 trip), so I said no that was not a $40 trip and he proceeded to tell me to pay what I normally pay then. He also went 30km over the speed limit and would not stay in his lane. Will not be using again until the drivers start obeying the rules of the road and don't try to overcharge for service.

Awful service! We arrived around midnight in the city at the ViaRail station, waited a few minutes for the taxi. When we got in, the driver's window was already down, probably because of the lingering smell of cigarettes. Now it's February here, and relatively cold, especially at that time of night-so the window being down is a bit of an issue.
As we drove away from the station, the wintery cold was quite evident. My partner began to cough around the same time. So we both asked for the window to be put up, to which the driver only drew the window up an inch. I asked again, and he proceeded to complain that he didn't want to get sick from husband's cough.
We asked again, because frankly, you shouldn't be working with the public if you are going to be so worried about a simple cough. He refused, and actually drew the window down further.
Of course we were upset, it got heated for a moment as I expressed my frustrations.
He then proceeded to take back routes, with stop signs and longer delays, than the main roads that tend to have all green lights at this time of night - making our taxi ride a bit longer.
I attempted to call the company to put forth a complaint. Unfortunately the attendant said to call back on Tuesday as there was no one to handle that.
I will do everything in my power to not use this company the next time I come into town. A 7 minute car ride didn't have to be handled so poorly.

First the driver started the meter before we were even in the car. Then he was speeding down a very icy road and nearly plowed through a stop sign after locking up the brakes and wildly skidding. Lastly he left the meter running well after arriving at our destination. My husband had to tell him to turn the meter off. When we were paying he demanded a tip! Yep, pay a tip on top of the inflated cab fare after nearly being involved in an accident due to his negligence. Avoid this taxi company!

We couldn’t find an Uber XL so my friend called a cab for six people. The lady on dispatch was mean, rude, sounded like a vapid idiot and just said “oh my god, where?” She kept telling him to repeat himself because of “his thick accent” and hung up. The cab took forever. Didn’t show. We called the driver. The driver said his car can only take four people. I take the phone, call dispatch and request a proper van that can hold six people and cancel our old one. They send a van just as the old van shows up. He is aggravated that they didn’t cancel our old ride, even though we did. Terrible service and mean dispatch people on the phone. Sadly, the only service we could find online. Maybe time to hire some new people?
