In the 5 minutes we were in that cab the service was horrible!! We get in and the driver asked where we were going so I told him the name of the restaurant. He didn’t know so I gave him the street address. As we get to the end of the road he looks at my boyfriend and says “Just wanna give me $10 and call it good?” My boyfriend shrugged his shoulders and said yeah sure. So he proceeded to turn his meter off and continue driving. He could find the place so he offered to kick us out 4 blocks away from where we were going and we said no and got him to keep driving. He sighed dramatically and finished his job. We took Vets coming home and it was a $5.80 cab ride. He over charged us $4.20. WHICH IS ILLEGAL. Never am I using this company again.

I called in to ask a simple question in regards to forgetting something in a cab possibly, the person who answered the phone was so rude and wouldn’t even attempt to help! So disappointing!! This is why I stick to Vets Cab, at least they have a way of tracking what cab you take

I have took checkers a few times and they are very nice drivers. They gave me a real excellent flat rate to metro airport. Very social and very kind as well. And they actually accept debt unlike vets!

Very polite and mannered drivers. Super clean cabs. Excellent out of town rates. Always offer help in any situation. Will not refuse short trips like other companies.......

Rude cabby. Lazy as well. Couldn't find the place we wanted to go so he offered to drop us off where we were and said we could it around somewhere. As well I was over charged and the meter was shut off as we left my residence
