My parrot, Geenbird escaped and luckily we were reunited after 4 days. The care he received when I brought him to emergency was excellent. They've taken great care of him for the past 9 years. I highly recommend this clinic.

Best place to bring all your pets!! They care so much for your animal to make them well.nI went in at 6 AM with my parrot teole who had seizures. I literally thought I was going to lose him. The staff was understanding , friendly and they know how to handle my anxiety at the moment. I’m blessed and thankful to the staff and to Dr. Édouard Maccolini for saving his life!

I fortunately and unfortunately had to go to this clinic on Sept 4th evening. Fortunate because they were all so amazing...and unfortunate because my sweet baby Leo was too sick and had to be put to sleep . Dr. Félix Bajon was so compassionate and caring, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me make a hard decision.

When I received news that my golden had a splenic mass, I was devastated . I booked an appointment in oncology with a wonderful Oncologist Dr. Touret. The discussion , the follow up to the ultrasound & X-rays , reports by email , follow up call & her positivity left me feeling so assured that the surgery taking place will be successful . The surgery was a success with an 8 pound mass removed . The surgeon Dr.Madore was amazing, called me after the surgery to explain how all went . They have an amazing team !nThank you

I run a small rescue specializing old, sick and unwanted dogs even birds! I use this hospital a lot for the past 15 years. Very serious illness and numerous operations… always, always great service above and beyond.. except once! The receptionist was a terror! I reported her to customer service who made feel heard, and appreciated to train her better.nI love this hospital more than any other!
