Even though they are crazy busy these days, they fit me in when I said I was coming over from the Island. They had to order a part but it arrived and was installed before we were heading back for the ferry home! Great communication, friendly thanks Zoltan! and quality service!

Incredible service! I took my scooter to get my locks changed, as well as get it up and running after 10 years of storage. My experience started with a very friendly phone call, figuring out what I was trying to relay in a stressed out state. They were so patient with me as I slowly added on additional services based on the suggested plan. Not pushy or intimidating at all for all of you who worry about being taken advantage of. I will definitely be trusting them with any additional work despite the commute for me. CJ even took the time to Google how to pronounce my name! THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO!!
Bought a bike. Great service from the start. Bike is awesome. Need something ask these guys. Want a Vespa get it from these guys. They have other great models. Enjoy your Vespa when you buy it.
May 2020 Took Lola in for service in May and thankfully the service centre was open. Great service from Cristian, easy check in during the restrictions. Jeff was there when I picked Lola up and great service again. Easy check out procedure and Lola is running great agin. 2019 Great place to shop for your own Vespa. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpfu.l Jonny has a great memory and great to see his passion when he is talking about the scooters
I had a great experience here. I found the staff friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions because I'm a newbie, and they were so great about answering them. Just make an appointment before coming so you know they have time for you. I called ahead and the whole process was very streamline.
Have bought two scooters here and the service was awesome. Ran into a small “new bike” issue and due to my location went to the International Motor Sports in Langley for some quick advice. Never again will I go there……. Called metro and they came through for me like gang busters. Great team, great knowledge, and very service oriented. Thank Martin and team for your awesome response time.
