I have ordered a full M4 exhaust system on Tuesday May 24 and received my item on Thursday May26 . This guys know what they are doing . I have never seen anything like them before . Even amazon cant be this organized and on time. Cheers to the Kevin and his team will definitely buy more stuff for my motorcycles from them.
Unfortunately, one of the worst customer service experience I've encountered. Had to follow up to get an update on my order just to be informed that if I would like to speed up the delivery, which was outside of their claimed delivery date already, I can pay for their supply shipping - I was really shocked to get this feedback - canceled my order immediately. I hope that this is really just a rare case and that Bayside Performance may reconsider such customer service in future. Update: Upon the reply here from the Bayside Performance, I got another email from them saying "We have now banned you from our store for life." - BP, customer satisfaction is judged by customers not by you saying "we gave you great customer service".
Second purchase from Bayside, fast shipping with tracking info. They carry products that aren’t available from other online dealers. I purchased a healtech speedohealer for my AfricaTwin, works excellent!
Best local shop without a doubt. They work hard to get what you need and have a huge network for acquiring bits for my bike. Kevin’s race background is also hugely helpful to help guide what the next steps for my own bikes enhancements are.
Sell great products, but if you have any issues the customer service sucks. I currently own 8 motorcycles from 5 different brands. I will buy parts and accessories Anywhere else from now on
couldn’t be happier with the quality of service provided. I ordered a bunch of parts for my cbr600rr, and all of them were shipped almost immediately except for the full exhaust system which was on back order through Yoshimura. They offered me a full refund for the exhaust or switching for an alternative slip on exhaust as only Yoshi still makes the full exhaust for my bike model. I opted to wait until however long it took for the global supply chain to catch up to my order, and it took almost 6 months, but the moment I was notified by yoshimura that it had now become available to order directly through them, it had shipped and was here the next day. Thank you Bayside, I look forward to continuing business and will be putting an order for new brakes and such for the coming season.Service: Delivery
Ordered some parts for my bike, they have the most vast selection i have ever seen for the Canadian market. Fortnine doesn’t even compare to them. Items ships fast as soon as they Arrive to them. Still waiting on my exhaust that was special ordered from italy but i will be buying from them again in the future!
I bought a Shorai battery, it was 5 months old when it died... Kevin said -you ran it too low in voltage -you will have to pay to ship it back to me -you will also have to pay to ship it from him to Shorai -95% chance they will not cover the battery, then you can pay to ship it back or abandon it -Shorai batteries can not go in a total loss race bike Shorai said -Sorry to hear that! A new battery is on the way, no need to send the old one back to us. I am so glad I didn't listen to what Kevin had to say, my only wish at this point is that I would have bought this battery somewhere else so I would not of had the opportunity to deal with him, because it wasn't pleasant. Shorai batteries are very good, the one I had before this one lasted 7 years. And they are a great company to deal with, I give them 5 stars. Just do yourself a favor and buy yours somewhere else. Answering Kevin's crazy response this is what it is like to deal with this guy, don't do it -I never asked for a refund, I asked for help getting warranty for it -Why didn't I ask Shorai first? I didn't know how "difficult" you are to deal with until I attempted it -You say they are not available? My new one arrived in two daysService: Battery
Tried to order a part which I was going to wait for. Guy emailed me asking if 4-6 weeks is fine because that is the time frame, simply asked them if that's the exact time frame so I'm not waiting 7months for a part. Was told they don't create them the manufacturer that has the part does, simple yes or no which I was trying to find an answer for then they canceled my order after waiting a couple weeks. Terrible online ordering service tbh. Definitely wouldn't order from them if looking for stuff. Part I ordered said was in stock but obviously isn't.
