Verve, a Credit Union

I absolutely love this place. I've had problems at my old bank with money being taken and they made me pay it back so I switched. I also have my car loan through them which makes it so much easier for paying it as well as an awesome interest rate. Everyone is so nice and friendly and takes their time to make sure everything is correct rather than try to rush you out.

What a joke, working here from out of town staying 3 blocks away went to get a roll of quarters and they wouldnt do it. Said I need to become a memeber for that. Why would I want to become a member of a place that is not helpful.

This was my 1st time getting a loan.. and I was very happy with the results.. very helpful staff.. dogs are welcomed to come in.. since there's treats and a doggy water bowl.. best place to come to with the whole family

Just spoke with a member service representative named Jolene about some unknown charges to my account.. amazing customer, and resolved all of my issues in a matter of minutes. I have never regret switching to this bank, the employees are always so kind and will do anything to help you out.. I wish I could do more than 5 stars!!

Been working with them for a 3-4 years now, they are always very helpful. If you don't know something they will do their best to always understand and help you fully. My go to person for loans is Stephanie, she is absolutely awesome.
