A lovely counterpoint to the terrible service offered by the neighbouring Zara. Staff here were helpful and friendly. The clothes here are a good representation of fast-fashion at a slightly higher price-point. Browsing is helped by the moderate size of selection offered, but hindered by the somewhat small physical space.

Very stupid manager that lost $185 bill for the store just because her understanding of promotion. Buy $50 get $10 off. Buy $100 get $30 off. When I bought $185, i still only get $30 no matter what. Vera moda need to train their manager again. Bad customer service. And her explaination was rude.
