Friendly librarians made our kids' first trip to the library a huge success. There was a clean and well organized play area for our littles and a large selection for our bigs. The only issue was the women's bathroom was closed down.
I had a good experience volunteering at this library. My now former supervisor was very nice and respectful while laying me off. I would have appreciated a notice but otherwise it was a great experience. I recommend this library to any patrons to do work or just read books. Jace was a great supervisor
We have been going in at least once per week. The print stations are great, and my son finds lots of age appropriate books, both fiction and non.
The staff is always always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I went to the desk today because I have been unable to log in to my account to see when my items were due and to renew them. The lady guided me to the problem. The TRL set up a new system a few months ago. I always logged into the website Timberland Regional Library Sign In. Then a few months back, it would not work. So today the librarian had me go to the TRL official website and sign in from there. It worked beautifully. Thank you, TRL staff.
Beautiful views and lots of places to sit outside. Inside is warm and inviting. Librarians are ALWAYS friendly and happy to help, and even answer my dumb questions. There is even a drive up in case you need to pick up a reserved book or you have papers printed. The book suggestion app is amazing. Chairs beg you to sit in them and read your new book. And the fountain outside is beautiful. You can sit by it while you wait for a fantastic. Sunset.
