Verizon Wireless - Wyoming Wireless Riverton

Argg... These guys are great and have good customer service. I love to hate Verizon though. They aren't as awesome but the local store is great to work with. I'd use these folks again.

The store was very clean and organized the staff was great. I did wait for a while to get help, but it seemed like they had an unusual rush during a normally slow time.

Buyer beware! I went into one of their stores for a new phone. I purchased it, and much later that evening looked at my sales receipt and noticed they added the insurance... Something that was never discussed or agreed to by me. I called Verizon and had it removed. A few days later I received a survey from Verizon, and mentioned in that survey how a service was added to my account that I had never authorized. A few days later I started getting multiple calls a day from an unknown number. Eventually I texted this number, and they refused to identify themselves, but stated they needed to talk to me "about a recent visit to a store". I called them back, and was told...get this... I was not to return to any of their stores because I called them out about their deceptive business practices to Verizon. In this day and age, this was the biggest mistake this company could have made. I feel compelled now to let everyone know how dirty this company truly is. For your own sake, stay far far away from Wyoming wireless!
