The staff are very friendly and even joke around while you're waiting on things like the Verizon system loading. They usually have plenty of people working to help out, and most seem knowledgeable about various products and their system. Some of the accessories are pricey but if you're smart like me you'll look on Amazon or other websites to order online for less.
