A chair I took over payments on was broken when my parents got it and broke completely when I got it and they refused to replace the chair with a new one and said I didn't pay for a protection plan and I do. The sayre store said if I wanted a new chair I had to start paying all over again. I have spoken to an attorney and legally since it's rent to own they are responsible to replace it and I do not have to pay until they do. I'm also filing a civil action because they are charging me for the aarons garentee and they won't honor it.

We have a bedroom set from here and 2 weeks ago my wife called about the cheap boards shredding apart and was told they would be in touch on what to was going to happen and still haven't heard anything 😡
