Heed the warnings. Horrible customer service! The STORE MANAGER told me that I have to return an item with the person I bought it from at the store...what!?! They work at the same location. The item that we purchased doesn't work for us. They have a restocking fee if something is not returned in 3 days. Now I have to go back tomorrow to receive a refund.

Go to a corporate Verizon because the manager here is rude and uncaring. Clay in Mt Pleasant Verizon store is worth the 60 mile drive.

Worst customer service! Needed a sim card, seems like a simple thing, not really... Was told they had them but I couldn't have one because they needed them in case they needed one for a new phone purchase. I needed it now and shouldn't have had to wait and order one online. Really discouraged.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I called and had the wrong location and instead of working with me to figure that out the lady I talked to cut me off talked down to me and was down right mean. Avoid this location at all cost, unless you like to be treated like trash.
