You have to do all your ordering through Sanilac, which i believe is their home office.These people are very difficult to work with. The equipment sent was faulty and did not work . Unwilling to reimburse for the faulty piece. I was referee to sign hanging in store, no cash returns. I had to pay up front when equip was ordered, yet they would not rerun my money when this equipmentioned did not work. Very poor policy. Will joy work through them again.
