It is run down and a sad shell of it's former glory. Most of the stores are gone, the food court has been reduced to half, and the only people that really still go to Midway mall are the old people that walk around really fast on Saturday mornings.

This is worst Verizon store I’ve ever been too in my life and make all the non corporate stores look bad, the manager was extremely rude didn’t want to help me until an hr and wouldn’t even sell me a phone over some technical issue, so I went to the Amherst Verizon which is 10 mins down the street and as soon as I walked in this worker asked me how could he help me was extremely nice ,really helpful then walked out of there with the new iPhone 8+ beautiful phone.

Very unprofessional girl was high that was running it door was locked when they were open poor service just very unprofessional would not refer this place to anyone
