I loved how it was b4, could find just about anything you needed. Since the reopen it's more overstock items for other stores. Half the store is blocked off. Trim, fans, doors, toys clothes gone. Not to mention way over priced now. Disappointed and won't return.
Restore before the closing was far better then what’s it’s become. It’s nothing more than an empty over priced waste of time. I use to go once a week to look and buy. I’ve been a few times after it reopened and it’s a complete disappointment. They are trying immulate Sandusky and W117 restore which both SUCK. Sad, not wasting anymore of my time..
I miss you so much! Can't wait for you to reopen, we have gotten so many pieces of great furniture from this Restore. Eagerly awaiting word you're open again!
They have a pretty decent selection of quality used furniture. They also have some decent tile for a kitchen or bathroom a pretty fair prices. Their clothes are pretty limited, but what they do have are at really fair prices. They place is kept clean and stocked with different furniture selections regularly.. It's definitely worth checking out if your looking for couches, chairs, kitchen table, doors, hutches, 90's entertainment stands, and some neat odds and ends... Check it out, you'll leave with something...
Dear HFH, thank you for nothing. I called you a few weeks ago asking if you could use some fencing I replaced at my home. You said you would be glad to take it but you would not be able to pick it up for 2 weeks which I was fine with. Then 2 hours before the scheduled pickup you call me to say you are no longer taking fence donations. Would have been nice if you had just told me in the beginning that you didn’t want it instead of lying to me. In the future I might suggest you just tell people upfront that you don’t want their donated items, it might make you look a little better in the public eye.
I get it is for a charity but come on the prices they charge for Stuff is ridiculous, I found NEW cheaper then they were asking for used same thing. Just an example on one item, I make homemade wine and they had some one gallon jugs asking $4.99 a piece, I get them for $3.85 new. I walked through the entire store looking at items and they are way way overpriced. Won't be back or recommend. SORRY!
Nice cause and huge store. Prices are crazy high. So I rarely stop in anymore. For example old truck cap out front with no rear window for $65. Lol. Should be like $5. If it had all the glass and keys maybe $65. They need to price cheaper to get the volume. You will make more money thru volume. More happy customers will bring more donations. Should have a 24 hour donation she'd in parking lot. Has to be convenient to the public. Instead of having a giant dumpster for the junk. Should also have a dumpster from a scrap hauler like reeds salvage then put junk metal. Another revenue source and lower your expenses.
I always find stuff to buy. Its to the point where I find so much I have to cut myself off. I love finding treasures here that are much cheaper than brand new. I like the staff. Wish they had more room, but they seem to be working on it.
Not sure what happened to this place, its supposed to be a value low cost store, but everything is priced way higher than it should be. It was great when they opened but now the prices are sky high, for getting the items for pretty much nothing they really need to evaluate their buisness plan as most things are priced slightly under retail.... you think you would want to turn inventory quick and sell more but hey i only go to a dozen or so thrift stores a week and i have got a hard time buying things here anymore as the prices are so stupid. They want to help some people i get that but it should be a double edged sword. Help everyone out not squeeze every penny out of an item... this is why your sitting on tons of crappy overpriced couches and goodwil flips theres on the weekly.
Im kicking myself for not having been here sooner! Stopped in for the first time the other day and was shocked at how much good stuff they had! Everything you could need for your home and then some. I could have spent all day in the store looking around and if I would of had some measurements... I would have bought so much more than I did.
