What a great store, but the best news is the manager, Kyra T who helped me with the selection process for a new phone by thoroughly describing what device would fit my needs. I'm not very tech savvy so she walked me through everything step by step so I was able to utilize the phone from day one, and she assisted with follow up issues I was having. She is the consummate professional and very knowledgeable to help anyone looking for a device. My wife and I will be back soon to get her a new phone from Kyra.

About a month ago I drove down to Stevensville to find an alternative cellphone to the smartphone I couldn't get the hang of. Since I wasn't sure what I wanted or what was availible, the customer service agent, Miranda, had to laboriously and slowly explore all the alternatives with me, and, while waiting on other customers needing help. She did so, for almost 3 hours--I do not exaggerate-- with perfect patience and professionalism. And since she was still in her training period, she provided this extraordinary consideration while looking up things and conferring with the store mngr.. I commend her without reservation; by now,familiar with all products and services, she must be one of the great customer service people in the gowireless chain.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store! Letty was beyond helpful and so informative. She was able to answer every and all questions I had. I highly recommend this store!

This is my go to store! Kyra and all the girls who work here are so awesome in helping me. I am so so grateful for the time and effort they have all put towards me and my needs. I will never even consider going to another store as long as these girls are here! Thanks kyra 😄
