Great service, friendly and helpful employees. If you have a problem they can usually help you figure out the best way to proceed. Nice clean, and well stocked shelves.

I bought a 1 inch 250 lb WP brass globe valve from them, and when I put my well pump pressure to it (45 lbs!), it blew the side out of it. I brought it back to the store and the old guy in the key kiosk told me: "The warranty on that runs out at the doorway, and no, you aren't going to get another one". I haven't been back since - and I tell all my neighbors, friends in the Senior Center, The VA Coffee Breaks, everybody I fish with, the music stores and of course, the other hardware stores about the wonderful customer relationship they have. I guess there's no other stores to buy hardware from in Hamilton - no, wait: there's Don's and Massa.
