About a year or so ago, I was having phone issues. I stopped here not knowing it was not a regular Verizon The staff spent many hours actually over a 2 day period fixing the problem. The staff was so good, I promised to return when I needed a new phone Well that dreaded day came yesterday. There were issues with the fact I have several e-mail accts and texts It was a challenge even for this highly experienced staff Again it took 2 visits but they were able to get me fixed. I highly recommend this location when you need help with your service or a new phone or other equipment. They are competent, professional, courteous, and most of all patient. Not only with me but with every customer coming in. Charles, Brittany, and Jesi are SUPER !! It was so great to see that great customer service still exists.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Danielle took the time to help me fix my screen protector today (get the advantage plan it is worth the money). She taught me some new tricks for phone. They are still improving some of their systems, but overall very friendly and the best place i have gotten phone service from.
