This place is a joke. They take payments out of your account before asking, and then Same day that they take the money out they call you send you a text email and FACEBOOK MESSAGE saying you need to make payments. They are demeaning, extremely rude and will lie and say whatever they can to get you to make another payment. They were telling me I HAD to make a payment this month, meanwhile a payment has already been made, and they harass you if you don’t answer them right away. Horrible business horrible customer service, wish you could do negative stars

The ladies were polite, you would think I was borrowing $10,000 The way I was sent back and forth from the bank to Venue office. I will not be borrowing from them again. It was very stressful, and they took the money out of my account when I told her I would be coming in to the office to pay. I am not impressed
