CP Commercial Cashflow Finance

We pawned off our XBOX, went to go pick it up when it was due and they gave away our power cord. Our Xbox is completely useless now thanks to their stupidity and they have no idea what happened to it. All they can suggest is giving us an old beat up Xbox that is definitely a downgrade & they expect us to hand over our basically new one. I will NEVER go here again!!!! Make the drive to Kelowna!!!

This place was awsome always treated me awsome and then one day After making arrangements with them to pay the intrest on my pawns a couple weeks past there due date ...witch they did for me quite often and witch I was very thankful for.... I went to pay for some of my goods and they had already sold them...at least $10.000 .worth of tools i lost. thanks alot city pawn Rutland.. .....real nice to way to treat a 5 year customer ..i guess they had some new owners take over the store the week after my pawns came due and that's how they have chosen to treat the people that keep them in business. ....very disappointed after years of doing business together .....

it really sucks the got rid of our pawn bucks at this location . now there like the others even playing 4 pawn shops on the westside thanks 4 the heads up.

City pawn is bar none the best pawn shop I have ever visited. from my first steps through the door till i was leaving with a friendly goodbye, the experience was just awesome. In the past i have stayed away from pawn shops due to the stigma behind it all. this shop in particular broke all the stereo types of being dirty and filled with disgruntled people. Every item seemed to be cleaned or be in the proccess of being cleaned , in addition the shop was organized and neat. They also had a great selection of anything from jewlery to tools and even video games at a fantastic price. To top it all off the staff were all happy and seemed to love helping out anybody walking through the door. for sure the only pawn shop i will ever go to again.
