Prices are okay, service when you want to buy a car is not bad.

Afterwards however, they neglected to...

a) Provide copies of all the contracts, including the warranty document you sign off, despite multiple requests, which makes me wonder if they'll honour them.

b) Honour their promise to provide a missing piece for the car.

And then proceeded to ignore emails requesting the above two items.

For a company that advertises that they are totally concerned about service, they failed in the followup. It's a shame because I thought their sales person was terrific.
