I gave this place a second change and will not be coming back here again. I’ve had my nails done for a decade now at various locations and I have never had an experience like this. I have three fingers that hurt so much from all the cuts from the cuticle work that was done. My thumb was bleeding so much during the manicure that I had to hold pressure on it and at the end of the service they had to apply polysporin onto it. I am on day three post manicure and it still hurts and I’m still applying my own polysporin at home. No apologies were made. And no discount was given for cutting three of my fingers in such a bad way. I would not go back here even if someone paid me to go! Strongly DO NOT recommend.

I love this place for nail dip. It's inexpensive compared to other services and it's lasts longer than a lot of other type of extension methods I've used! It's nicely priced as well. Some people may think that the ladies are screaming or yelling but it's really just a matter of tonal languages, some languages can seem like they're angry all the time! :P You may get a "what do you want" in a rude tone but do realize it's pretty innocent and just a matter of not so great English skills! I've been here a few times and have always received spectacular service with my nails looking beautiful. These are some of my photos from when they were done!

Horrible customer service. I wasn’t happy with my dip powder manicure and wanted it fixed. Anna who originally did the nails came back and I explained what I didn’t like. She started to raise her voice at me when I was talking in a low voice explaining why what I wanted. I told her to lower her voice as I’m not yelling at her and she continued to be rude and said I’m making her angry. I told her to leave the nails alone and be done with it. I've been coming to this nail saloon since it opened and staffs are friendly, reasonable price and during pandemic I witness how they are careful in disinfecting all equipments, chairs etc used after each customer's. Thank you for keeping us safe .Services: Pedicure

Probably one of the WORST manicures I have gotten to date. When I went in, the manicurist told me my nails were too short for shellac and that I should do the dip with manicurepricier option. Once she filed my nails down to nothing and dipped, I noticed some nails were a lighter colour than others. She said that was normal. There was NO manicure or hand massage done either. Once I finished drying my nails- I asked if she was going to do my cuticles as nothing was done. She said it was just the dip because it was my first time doing it and that’s why looked so messy. At the end, she took $10 off. It’s now day 3 with the dip and nail is ALREADY chipped. Definitely, never going back.

I came here and the hostess who works at the front did my manicure. She was so rough to the point, two of my nails started bleeding. When I told her she was really rude and never addressed the problem. My nails were so horrible and the paint job was so messy. It looks like a two year old did my nails. She did not redo the whole hand, ev though it should have been done. It was a horrible experience and do not recommend this place.

I've been coming here for several years. Cindy always does a great job. The way she does my manicure, she always takes her time and is so meticulous. Pedicure is just as good. I drive 25min each time just to get my nails done here and with Cindy. The prices are great too!

Anna was very rude and has no good customer service.if you talk to her ,she won’t listen and does her way.I specifically told her I don’t like when it’s too heavy in a nice way and she got rude with me saying ,I should have done gell instead out loud in front of everyone .making a scene . They are also more expensive then any other salon I’ve been .5 dollars more extra to everything . They are not gentle and caring like other nail salons. They do nails very good but the customer service is horrible.and they love money

I used to go to this place for many years but I have now taken my business elsewhere due to terrible customer service. Service has definitely gone downhill and they don't pay attention to their customers. I always loved going to Anna but I've noticed now the way she talks to clients is extremely rude and she's always answering the phone/managing the front desk while she's in the middle of my manicure! Not to mention the last time my mom went for a pedicure, she was cut very bad with the razor and they did absolutely nothing for her. She even had to see a doctor because the cut on her foot was that bad. Very disappointing that they didn't even give her a discount or a special offer. There's no attention to detail and customer service is horrible. Definitely not the same as it used to be, they just want to take your money. Please avoid this place!
